Increase flow temperature
Many different systems benefit from the „heat boost“ provided by the eXergy machine: those in which the temperatures in the heat buffer are mixed during periods of low heat load, as well as systems in which the heat source supplies the thermal energy at a (too) low temperature level.
With Heating heat pumps For example, the temperature supplied is sufficient to operate a low-temperature heating system - with a downstream eXergy machine, hot water heating is also possible. The Waste heat from refrigeration systems often only occurs at around 45 °C; this is where the „heat booster“ eXergiemaschine makes hot water production possible. And with Solar systems, which provide solar heat at low temperatures during the transitional seasons or due to their non-ideal orientation, the eXergy machine also allows hot water to be produced and minimizes the need for additional heating.

The majority of heat pumps (air/water) typically supply flow temperatures of up to 50 °C - sufficient for surface heating, but not hot enough for hygienic domestic hot water heating. The eXergy machine raises the temperature to 65 °C or more and makes the heat usable for high-temperature heating or domestic hot water preparation. There is no need for reheating with a heating rod or a gas boiler.
The running and pause times are extended so that the heat pump is switched on much less frequently.
On cold winter days, the heat pump can be operated at a low temperature level and therefore more efficiently.
Waste heat utilization and heat recovery: raising the flow temperature to a usable temperature level
e.g. in industry, commercial operations with refrigeration and air conditioning systems or process cooling
Waste heat from compressors for cold rooms, for example, is very often available in the food processing industry. Due to the low system temperatures (approx. 40 °C to 45 °C), sensible use for heating and cleaning purposes is currently only possible with a great deal of technical effort. Here, the eXergy machine offers a simple way of generating the necessary system temperatures, e.g. to make the waste heat for water heating usable for cleaning purposes.
The use of the eXergy machine conserves resources and helps to reduce operating costs.
Solar thermal energy: increasing solar yield

The efficiency of solar thermal collectors is heavily dependent on the difference between the medium temperature in the collector and the ambient air temperature (collector heat losses). In addition, diffuse radiation does not achieve such high system temperatures.
The eXergy machine increases the collector efficiency and solar yield, enables the sensible use of solar thermal energy even with an unfavorable inclination or east/west orientation and eliminates the need for complex preheating stages.
